Community Living
Homes
offers a variety of Residential Services in group home settings or
other independent settings throughout Summit, Greene, Wayne, and
Warren counties. Services can be provided on a 24-hour per day, 7
day per week basis or on a more limited or independent basis.
Services generally focus on teaching and promoting personal choice,
and provision of needed supports in areas such as benefit
maintenance, budgeting, supervision, health and safety, personal
care, shopping, meals, housekeeping, laundry, transportation,
activities, socialization, and recreation.
Day Programs

day services provide support and supervision to structure meaningful
activity at our centers during the day through individualized, on-
site and community experiences. We offer personal care, mental
stimulation, physical activity, range of motion/ exercise, creative
arts, and community field trips. There is no age requirement for the
adult day services; however, services are generally provided for
individuals who due to age or physical impairments no longer wish to
work or participate in special work programs. Our Day Programs are
located in Stow and Ellet. The Day Program hours of operation are
Monday- Friday 9am to 4pm.
